Watch Maintenance and Pricing

Favre-Leuba timepieces are made from high-quality materials. Every watch is put through its paces before it leaves us. By handling your Favre-Leuba watch correctly, you will ensure that it accompanies you for a lifetime. This includes proper care and regular maintenance. Favre-Leuba recommends to service watches every five to eight years, as every mechanism is subject to a certain degree of wear.

1. Complete overhaul

3. Restoration of a vintage watch

The history of Favre-Leuba goes back decades, and many different watches have been produced since 1737. Your watch may have suffered over the years and needs the best care so that its history can be passed on to the next generation. Therefore, we will do our utmost to restore your vintage watch as true to original as possible.

THE LIMITS OF RESTORATION OF A VINTAGE WATCH

We understand that behind every vintage watch there is a story and that this watch has a sentimental value.

However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that, depending on the age and condition of your watch and movement, the scope for action is sometimes limited because some original parts no longer exist. In order to avoid unnecessary customs duties and taxes, we would ask you to send us a picture of the front and back of the corresponding model to the following address: info(at)favre-leuba.com.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to guarantee the water resistance of Favre-Leuba vintage watches.
