Choose your preferred shipping method. We recommend that you package the watch securely and insure it at retail price. Please do not forget to fill out the repair form and enclose it with your watch shipment. The watch and the repair form can then be sent over to your nearest service center.

If you reside in Switzerland:

1. Fill in the details in the form below.
2. We will send you a post-paid package with a watch service box and a repair form.
3. Fill out the whole form.
4. Pack the watch in the service box and place the form in the package.
5. Ship the parcel to us within 48 hours from your nearest post office.
6. Print the shipping confirmation for your reference.
7. We will send you the estimate of the service within 5 to 10 days of receipt of the watch at our service center.
